CANCELLATION POLICY

A Close Cut is an appointment-only salon. Because each appointment time is reserved specifically for you, please provide at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be charged 35% of the scheduled service price. Clients who miss an appointment without providing notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule to avoid delaying other appointments. A late cancellation fee may apply. Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before booking another appointment. We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. Fees may be waived at the discretion of A Close Cut.
